Sending Us Files – Flags Vancouver

We prefer artwork:

in .PDF, .AI, and/or .EPS format
saved as CS Version 6 or Lower
Solid Coated Pantone Colour Book
Pantone Colour numbers specified on order

We can work with other files and colour specification as well. Send what you have.

We have artwork templates for many products we could send upon request.

We do assist with graphic changes, redraws, and layouts, sometimes at an additional cost.

Upon artwork receipt, we usually send back a visual proof for your approval/sign-offs before producing. The proof has all colour, size, material, quantity, additional notes, and finishing specifications documented.

Colour Matching: In some cases, swatch printing is required to ensure colour matching, known as “Swatching Out”. Once we see the artwork we let you know if that may be necessary, and what the costs are.
