Flags Vancouver began in 2009 in Coquitlam as Flag Enterprises Ltd. by Arif Dewji. Shortly after in early 2010, Arif acquired House of Flags & Banners Ltd. from his father.

In 2026 I continue to operate under both names as some customers prefer Flags Vancouver, and there are some unique products and services only available for Vancouver.
